    Yes, we can help you with this.     What is the validity of quotes on the website?

    All quotes from Regent Editing are valid for a maximum of 30 days from the date of the quote. After this period, a written confirmation must be taken.

    Can I get a quote in my local currency?

    You can either convert the amount from US Dollars to your local currency through currency converter websites or you can request our team to help you with the same. Email us at [email protected].

    Does the quote change with the deadline?

    Yes, prices change with the deadline. You will be charged higher for short deadlines and vice versa.

    As of now, we do not offer sample edits. However, previous sample edited documents are available on the website for you to view and get an understanding of the deliverable from our side.

    How can I place an order?

    You can order online on the website using the order page.

    How will I get to know that the order has been successfully placed?

    After successful completion of the order, you shall receive a confirmation email for the same. If you do not receive an email within 30 minutes, check your spam box.

    Can I upload a pdf or tex file for editing?

    While through the order form on the website, you cannot upload a tex or pdf file; if you wish to get these files edited, please write in to us at [email protected] and we shall revert back with a custom quote for the same.

    I wish to amend my order, can I do that?

    You can amend your order details within two hours of the time you place the order. However, this does not apply for urgent orders with less than 3 days delivery. To amend the details of your order, write in to us at [email protected]

    I have made payment after ordering at the website, however, have not received any confirmation email from you.

    If you have not received a confirmation email from our side, please write in to us with details of the order you placed, amount you paid and your Full Name at [email protected]

    Can I pay using my friend’s card?

    Yes, you can pay using your friend’s card, however, you will have to provide a scanned copy of his/her ID and address proof.

    No, you will have to pay for the order full in advance. However, you can choose to divide the order in many parts.

    No, we process our payment only through our payment processing partner which does not allow payment through the bank. Only credit and debit cards are accepted.

    I paid in excess, how do I claim a refund?

    I wish to cancel the order, how do I claim a refund?

    Order cancellation is only possible within two hours of the time order is placed. However, for urgent orders, no cancellation is possible. For more queries on this, email us.

    How soon will the refund appear in my card?

    Refunds usually take 2-3 weeks to appear in your card account. However, in some cases, this may take as long as 4 weeks for the credit to appear.

    We save your documents on encrypted servers and try to ensure that your documents remain safe and secure. Your original and edited documents are deleted from our servers within 30 days from the date of order completion.
